Overview
By opt-ing into Daily Digest email alerts, you will receive an email at the beginning of every day, notifying you of any new discoveries and updates in your Feed. This includes any new items identified by your Discovery Agents, and any updates or changes to items included in your Tracking Reports. The Daily Digest includes a list of these updates, as well as a summary.
How it Works
The Daily Digest notifies you of any changes or updates in your Feed. Every day, Abstract will automatically perform a full read of your data and deliver updates in your Feed. It reads your Public Footprint, your uploaded files, jurisdictions, Discovery Agent settings, and items included in your Tracking Reports. For your Discovery feed, Abstract identifies items that appear most relevant. For your Tracking feed, Abstract provides updates on all changes to any items included in a tracking report.
Setting up the Daily Digest
Click “Reports”
From the left-hand navigation bar, click “Reports”
Click “Set up Alerts”
Locate the banner titled “Stay on top of what matters” and click “Set up Alerts”
Turn on alerts
Members of a workspace may turn on alerts for themselves and Admins may control alerts for all members in the workspace group.
Daily Digest - Email Alert
Each morning you will receive a Daily Digest email alert, including:
A summary of the most relevant updates.
A list of all recent updates to items in your Tracking Reports.
A list of new items identified by your Discovery Agents, including an indication of risk or opportunity.
